Established in 2004

We started in the rental homes business in 2004 with just six properties in Clark County.  Since then we have built a portfolio of homes, townhomes, and apartments thoughout both Clark and Floyd Counties.  As a small, family-owned business we strive to provide clean, safe, and affordable housing as well as build up our entire community. ​
